Ordering & Delivery Process:

£2.99 Super Saver Delivery- 7-20 working days 

£4.95 signed for 7-14 working day delivery

** Please Note: Any missing items / deliveries going missing on super saver you need to personally make a claim with the courier.

We ship to Southern Ireland for a flat rate of £10

* Deliveries are on average 5-10 working days but can take up to 14 -  20 working days this is excluding weekends / bank holidays

Suprise homemade bathbombs may take up to 3 weeks so orders with bathbombs may take longer than usual

We can look into whereabouts of your order after 14 working days but please allow up to 20 working days for your order to arrive. 

You'll recieve a dispatch notification via email or text when it's on the way to you, please then expect your parcel to arrive with in 5 days of that notification if it hasn't please contact us, royal mail failed deliveries may be sat in your local depo.

Ordering is fast & easy, choose the items you want to order and follow our secure check out process. You will beable to pay for your order via Card or PayPal!
▪️You'll recieve order confirmation & a follow up Delivery confirmation.
▪️All orders are processed with in 48hours ( please allow this time for weekends & bank holidays )
▪️All orders from 6pm Friday will be processed on the Monday excluding bank holidays in that case it will be tuesday.

▪️We do ask all customers to allow up to 20 working days for reciept of their order. This is to cover additional time in certain products in your order arriving from warehouses for us to package & then book in for dispatch.

▪️If your parcel is returned to us due to missed deliveries or refusal of parcel you will be required to pay shipping for redelivery.

▪️Any refunds will be minus shipping fee.

▪️We take off any products no longer available so everything showing on store is available to order, in rare cases that an item may no longer be available this order will be refunded via the payment method you used.

▪️Once order has been placed it can not be amended so please make sure any orders with sizes / personalisation are done carefully.
▪️We can not refund or accept returns on any personalised products.
▪️  We will replace any that are dammaged in transit you must email us the day of reciept with images of the damaged product, anything sent after delivery day may not be replaced.

* Any errors in our listings are rare, but if found when an order comes through that order will be cancelled & refunded back to your card. If you do come across and discrepancies in our listing please email us 

We have the right to refuse & refund any order at any time for any reason

▪️You have 14 days to cancel your order but you must have a genuine reason for doing so and this can not include any personalised products that have already been processed. You will only be refunded for the cost of products & no shipping costs are covered, for faulty items that arrived dammaged and that you no longer want. Please email for returns address and to request a refund.

▪️As a good will gesture any products you no longer want you can exchange for a credit note you have 7 days from reciept of your order to request a return. You are responsible for the return and costs involved. Upon receipt of your returned product it will be checked to ensure it is unopened / un used and in original packaging before a refund can be accepted. If a credit note is refused your product will be dispatched back out to you.

▪️Sale items are sold as and are none returnable.

▪️We can not offer returns for personalised products, Lingerie, MakeUp and products of a similar nature.

▪️ Further to the 7 days cancellation period, you will have an additional 14 days ( total 21 ) to request an exchange, again shipping costs will be covered by customer not the company. Exchanges can be done on ordering wrong sizes, or preferring a different colour of product we can not offer exchanges on products that we can not offer refunds for.

▪️ We require all our customers to be over the age of 16. 18+ for Stag & Hen products. Please note that upon check out of your order, you will be personally confirming that your old enough to place an order.

▪️ We are unable to discuss orders placed with a 3rd party. The only way we can do this is if you have placed an order through a representative that you have passed your details onto.
▪️ We may pass your Delivery details onto a supplier for any orders being shipped direct to you, this is for shipping purposes only and we do not pass any payment details, contact numbers or emails onto anyone outside of admin.
▪️Your payment details are secure, we do not have nor can we get access to your card payment details other than your last four digits to confirm the card you've paid from if you have any queries.
▪️Your details will never be passed on to a 3rd party from our end you can be assured you can shop in peace and your details will not be passed on for marketing purposes. We will however send you offers from time to time.


▪️ Upon joining VibZin UK as a representative you will beable to earn commission from your personal orders and any referred orders. All these orders must be done via your own referral link which is given to you upon confirmation of registration. Commison may vary however it will always start at 20%
Any customer returns your account will be debited for the commison earned on that order if a refund is granted. Any debts unpaid would be passed to a debt collector.

▪️You may beable to earn commission from your personal Recruits also please refer to your welcome email for more information.

▪️You can start Recruiting and selling as soon as your account has been activated and you have recieved your referral links.

▪️Make sure you are using your links, as we can not allocate any orders that should have gone through your link but hadn't, our affiliate system works correctly so there should be no errors if a referral link has been used correctly.

▪️If a recruit joins you but isn't showing in your back office once she has been activated then please email us to inform us with in 48hours we can only reassign a recruit in those first 48hours.

▪️Our affiliate program will tell both yourself and us how much commison your due to be paid and what you have been paid.

▪️All orders placed before 12pm on Thursdays will be paid on Fridays via your chosen payment method. Please allow up to Monday for your commison to show as during busy periods and holiday seasons admin may be busy processing orders and depending on how you want to receive your commison.

▪️ You are responsible to keep a record of your earnings from being an affiliate so print off your income and outcome monthly to make it easier for you when you do any tax returns. Please make sure you are registered as self employed. We can not be held responsible for any one earning via our website that has not declared themselves as self employed.
You are an independent person and this is your responsibility.

▪️ Upon reciept of your application for a referral link it will be processed with in 24 - 48 hours. Admin have the right to refuse individuals as affiliates at any time with out providing reason. Please note that no credit checks are performed when activating accounts.
When you have been accepted please make sure you read through your back office and add your payment details for commisons to be paid out to you.
